3. Artistic Variability Disclaimer

Due to the AI-assisted and creative nature of our services:

4. Concept-Only & Text-Based Orders

In addition to image-based services, PhotoFixNow may create fully custom digital artwork based solely on written descriptions provided by the client (including but not limited to mascots, album covers, wallpapers, branding visuals, illustrations, and other concept-based creations).

By placing a concept-only order, you acknowledge that:

The final result is produced through creative interpretation of your written description.
Abstract ideas, moods, or imagined visuals cannot be guaranteed to match subjective expectations exactly.
Minor differences between your envisioned result and the delivered artwork do not constitute a failure of service.
If a revision is included in your selected plan, it applies to refinements of the agreed concept, not a complete redesign or entirely new concept.
